🎯 Crowdfunding Terms & Policies

This website uses a crowdfunding model for some of our products. By placing an order for a crowdfunded item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

📌 General Crowdfunding Terms

Crowdfunded products may not be fulfilled if the campaign fails to reach its funding goal.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
By supporting a campaign, you are making a contribution toward the product’s development, not purchasing a finished item outright.

🚚 Fulfillment & Delivery (Crowdfunding)

Successful campaigns will proceed to production and fulfillment as outlined on the product page.
Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or supplier issues.
You will be notified of any major updates via email or on the campaign page.

💳 Payment, Refunds & Fallback Products (Crowdfunding)

This site may use different funding models depending on the campaign. Please review the product or campaign page carefully before placing your order. The following models may apply:

🔹 Fixed Funding (Preorder Model)

Your payment is authorized at checkout but only captured (charged) if the campaign reaches its goal by the stated deadline.
If the campaign does not meet its goal, your payment will not be processed and your order will be automatically cancelled.
This model ensures you are only charged if the campaign is successful.

🔹 Flexible Funding (Immediate Charge)

Your payment is processed immediately at checkout, regardless of whether the campaign meets its goal.
This model is used for campaigns that ship items on a rolling basis or fund creative/independent projects.

Refunds, Cancellations & Fallback Products

Due to the nature of crowdfunding, refunds are generally not available once an order is placed, unless required by law.
If a campaign does not reach its goal and a fallback product is offered (e.g. a digital edition or alternate reward), you will be notified via email with your available options.
Fallback products may differ in format or value from the original campaign item and may be delivered digitally or physically depending on the product type.
If no fallback product is offered, your payment authorization will be cancelled and you will not be charged.
All transactions are processed securely via our payment processor, Stripe.

Dispute Resolution: If you have concerns about your order or campaign contribution, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Digital Fulfillment: If a fallback reward is fulfilled digitally (e.g. a digital edition or bonus content), the delivery of that item shall constitute fulfillment of the order in full.
